Coyiske's Terms of Service

(Please read fully before commissioning. Approx. 5-minute read.)

WHAT YOU’RE ALLOWED TO DO WITH MY ART.

You’re welcome to;

★ Repost my artwork, as long as you give me credit (Coyiske). I really appreciate it!☆ Add my art to your character’s gallery or value.
Just keep the added value to the amount you paid, so everything stays fair!★ You can absolutely use my art for icons, banners, and profile decorations.
Credit in your bio isn’t required! it’s just always appreciated when you choose to include it.

WHAT YOU CAN’T DO.

Please don't;

☆ Trace, steal, claim, resell, or present my work as your own in any way. Thank you for respecting my art!★ Edit or “fix” my artwork.
If something needs fixing, just message me. I’m always happy to adjust things for you!☆ Commercial use isn’t allowed without permission.
If you’re interested in commercial rights, feel free to ask and we can discuss it!

MY RIGHTS AS THE ARTIST.

I may use the artwork I create for you to;

★ Post on any of my platforms
(If this is an issue please let me know in advance)☆ Use as examples on my Carrd, Instagram, Toyhouse, etc.★ If you’re unsure about anything here, message me! I don't bite.

COMMISSION PROCESS

1. Form & Info
You’ll fill out my commission form so I get all the important details upfront.2. Pricing Confirmation
I’ll confirm the price with you directly.
Once you’ve read and agreed to my TOS, I’ll start your piece.3. Progress Updates
I send WIPs (sketch → lineart → color) unless you prefer no updates.
You can ask for progress at any time! But please be patient while I work .Important:
Let me know about any fixes before I move into lineart or colour. I truly appreciate it!4. Delivery
I can send your finished artwork through Discord, email, or Toyhouse; whichever you prefer.
If any colours need tweaking once you see the final piece, just let me know and I’ll happily adjust them!

PAYMENT

☆ Payment is sent after you approve the sketch.
I don’t offer payment plans, so just make sure you’re comfortable paying in full at that stage before you commission me. No pressure!☆ Returning clients get a bit more flexibility, since we’ve built that trust already. I appreciate you!☆ If something happens and you disappear or choose not to pay, I do keep the right to reuse any unpaid progress (like sketches, lineart, or designs), since it wasn’t purchased.☆ I accept PayPal only. Prices are in USD, but CAD equivalents are fine.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

★If you choose to cancel after the sketch stage, there will be a small 10% fee, and I’ll repurpose the sketch elsewhere.★ If you cancel once the lineart is done, the refund will have a 50% fee, and you’re welcome to keep the lineart.★ Once the artwork is fully finished, I’m not able to offer refunds.★ If I ever need to cancel on my end, you’ll receive a full refund, and you can keep whatever progress I’ve completed for you.I kindly ask that you only commission me if you’re sure you can comfortably pay.

IMPORTANT NOTES

☆ All artwork includes a small Coyiske watermark. Please don't remove it unless i give you permission.☆ If you’d like me to post your artwork with extra watermarking for safety, just let me know! I’m happy to do that.☆ If I’m slow to respond on one platform, you can always poke me on another! I’m usually quickest on Discord or Instagram.☆ For custom designs, I love giving lots of check-ins so you can be involved, but if you prefer fewer updates or a more hands-off process, just tell me.And a small note: please don’t ask for free art unless I’ve personally offered. Thank you for understanding!

★ Extra Views: +$10–$30 each (front/back, outfits, expressions, etc.)
★ Item Add-Ons / Accessories: +$5–$10

Extras:

☆ Background: $0–$20 (Basic → detailed)★ Extra Characters: +70% of the base price per added character☆ Heavy complexity fee: +$10–$30 ( Items, intricate outfits, etc.)

Notes:

Reminder: All prices are listed in USD.I usually work pretty quickly, so you can expect a fast turnaround time.
★ For smaller or less complex commissions, I typically finish within 2–4 days.
☆ For more detailed pieces, please expect around 1–2 weeks for completion.
Examples: reference sheets, custom designs, complex fullbodies.

(I genuinely don’t care. The “closed species” concept is silly to me. if you want me to draw it, I will.)☆ Non-harmful drug use
